About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our talented Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with business Leaders and HR Partners to develop best in class approaches to Talent. As a TA Partner, you will play a crucial role in building TA strategies to meet the expanding needs of the business.Key Responsibilities:Partner closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to understand business objectives and talent requirementsProvide expert guidance on market trendsand talent acquisition strategiesConduct thorough and targeted searches to identify and engage with high-calibre and highly specialised candidatesUtilise various sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, networking, and industry research and third party vendors, to build a strong network of talentDevelop and implement best practice selection approaches through structured interviews and assessment tools to ensure alignment with company values and behavioursProvide world class, end to end candidate experiencesMonitor and analyse market trends, competitor intelligence, and compensation benchmarks to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team and HR Business PartnersTrack and report on recruitment metrics and insights, providing regular updates to stakeholdersBe responsible for delivering on end to end recruitment process from taking a brief to offer acceptUse data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in the end to end Recruitment process.

Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, with a focus on senior / specialist hiring and TechnologyStrong understanding of recruiting methodologies, technologies and best practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidentlyand influence senior leadersGood with data and able to translate into tangible actionsExperience working with search firms or in-house Talent Acquisition teams.
