HR Advisor - Interim
Your new companyWell established organisation in Cheltenham with good facilities. This is an opportunity to get involved in some solid change projects that will be a great addition to your HR CV. This HR team are experienced, supportive and personable, including the line Manager for this post. Your new roleReporting directly to the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in providing additional capacity during a sensitive period of organisational change. You will support the delivery of a staff restructuring and potential redundancy programme, acting as the HR Director''s key operational partner while ensuring the school''s reputation and high management standards are upheld. Working closely with the HR Director, you will: Support the finalisation of a business case for organisational change, ensuring alignment with financial sustainability and staffing needs.Conduct file-based research to inform planning activities.Help develop standard documentation to support both restructuring activity and business-as-usual HR processes.Assist in preparing for and holding collective and individual consultation meetings.Provide guidance to managers on meaningful engagement with staff representatives and unions.Take accurate, professional notes during meetings and maintain well-organised, up-to-date records.Advise managers on procedural and logistical aspects of the programme.Maintain an up-to-date FAQ document and produce regular staff newsletters using content from colleagues.Manage a ..... full job details .....
