We’re looking for a
Senior Program Manager
to join our global LandG team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in designing and delivering learning assets, programmes and experiences that address FlyMates’ capability and development needs. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across regions, contribute to the evolution of our learning strategy, and lead initiatives that improve learner experience, foster innovation, and drive measurable impact.
Responsibilities
Design, deliver and assess strategic learning solutions aligned to business needs
Lead performance consulting and programme development from concept to execution
Partner with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure relevant and effective content
Manage regional and remote learning programmes, including logistics and coordination
Create engaging learner experiences across virtual, in-person and blended formats
Apply modern LandD methodologies: social learning, design thinking, learning through work, and crowdsourcing
Implement and manage learning technology systems, integrating with HRIS platforms and processes
Use strong analytical and business judgement to track impact and drive improvement
Collaborate with global LandG and People teams to co-create scalable, high-impact solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant LandD experience
Strong planning and project management skills with keen attention to detail
Skilled in facilitation and coaching, with a passion for people development
Ability to navigate ambiguity and apply feedback constructively
Results-driven mindset with a high level of ownership
Comfortable working remotely, globally and asynchronously
Excellent English communication skills; additional languages desired
