Experienced Residential Technical Project ArchitectResponsibilitiesLead delivery of medium-to-large mixed-use residential projects through RIBA Stages 4-6Chair design-team meetings, workshops and site reviewsCoordinate internal architects and external consultants, maintaining programme and budgetProduce and audit Revit models, drawings and specifications to BIM Level 2 standardsAdvise clients on Building Regulations compliance, fire safety and sustainability targetsSkills and ExperienceARB and RIBA chartered with 2+ years post-Part IIIProven track record on residential projects above 25 million construction valueRevit expert, competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3ds MaxStrong written and verbal communication, able to lead client conversationsIn-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations, NHBC and relevant British StandardsBenefitsHybrid pattern: three days in studio, two days remote +
