Experienced Residential Technical Project Architect

.Lead delivery of medium-to-large mixed-use residential projects through RIBA Stages 4-6.Produce and audit Revit models, drawings, and specifications to BIM Level 2 standards.Advise clients on Building Regulations compliance, fire safety, and sustainability targets.Proven track record on residential projects above 25 million construction value.Revit expert, competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations, NHBC, and relevant British Standards.Hybrid working pattern: three days in studio, two days remote, with benefits.Full-time
