Site Manager - Runcorn - Office-to-Resi

We are recruiting on for the role of site supervisor, on behalf of a main contractor who are overseeing the conversion of a former office block into Runcorn into 113 residential apartments, with the project being well underway and having 8 weeks  months left to run. 

Duties: 

• Ensuring the health and safety of site operatives
• Coordinating subcontractors and site labour
• Snagging and desnagging
• Reporting to on-site manager : 

• Joinery background
• Past fit out experience of either apartments or offices, preferable. 
• SSSSTS or SMSTS First Aid 
• Able to provide references

The role is on a self-employed basis and we can pay either via a ltd co or CIS.
