Due to a Project win they are looking for a Site Manager to join their team on a temporary basis which may turn permanent. 

Job Role 

A school refurbishment in Chester to start the end of July. – this is a fast paced project

• M+E upgrades
• Doors and a full school of windows –
• 20 weeks long.

To be considered

• Experience as a Site Manager is essential
• Experience required in School refurbishments over £1mil 
• SMSTS
• First Aid as a minimum
