Assistant Management Accountant An internationally successful growing retail organisation based in Slough are seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join their established finance team. Reporting into the Group Management Accountant you will be responsible for preparing accounts to trial balance and providing reporting and reconciliations assistance for the management accounts team. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Accounts prepared up to Trial Balance for the US Company to include:Posting supplier invoicesReconciling supplier statements and resolving queriesEmailing remittancesPosting and allocating bank transactionsAssistance with preparation of Management Accounts to include:Stock and profit reconciliationsI/Co ReconciliationsPayroll journal postingsAccounting for Amazon - stock reviews and sales invoicing and reconciliationsVAT returnsSales and margin reportingPreparation of management accounts for 2 companiesAssisting with year-end audit requestsMonthly analysis of expenses (procurement summary updated)Analysis of customer merchandising and promotional expenditurePayment tracker reviewed and reconciledAssisting with implementation of new processes and systemsOther assistance to the management accounts team as requiredExperience requirements:Sage 50 and 200 experience advantageousAdvanced Excel UserAAT Part Qualified or equivalentAmazon and online B2C sales knowledgeGroup / Intercompany experienceKnowledge of foreign currency transactionsYou will enjoy working in ..... full job details .....
