The organisation is at the beginning of their new and ambitious five-year strategy for which technology is a key enabler. This role will be a pivotal part of the future strategic direction for the organisation. As a key member of Senior Management, you will be responsible for Choice Support''s wide-ranging technology strategy and oversee the delivery of secure, modern, and reliable digital services. You will lead the IT team to strengthen support and deliver better outcomes, data and insights, whilst also leading their digital innovation ambitions linked to both staff and the people we support.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and delivery of the technology strategy, aligned to our vision and five-year strategy.Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior leaders on technology, risks, opportunities, and emerging trends.Provide strategic leadership and direction for IT service delivery, cyber security, and operational resilience.Set the long-term vision for technology and ensure the IT function has the capability, capacity, and support required to deliver reliable, secure, and user-centred services.Lead the organisation''s AI strategy and roadmap, ensuring safe, ethical, and effective implementation.Identify and deliver AI-enabled opportunities to automate processes, strengthen decision-making, and enhance support quality.Lead our Technology Programme to grow ..... full job details .....
