We are working with a major client-side organisation seeking to appoint a Head of Facilities Management to lead a large, in-house FM function. This is a senior leadership role with genuine scope and visibility. You will take full ownership of the day-to-day performance of the FM operation, while also shaping and delivering the longer-term strategy across a substantial and complex property portfolio. This role would particularly suit someone currently operating within a comparable property company, managing agent, or consultancy environment, where you have been responsible for overseeing multi-site FM delivery, either directly or on behalf of multiple clients, and are now looking to move into a fully client-side position with greater control and influence.
