Job role: HR Advisor Location: ColchesterSalary: £40,000-£45,000Hours: Full time, office basedWe are recruiting an HR Advisor to provide expert, practical ER support to managers and leaders within a fast-paced, regulated environment. This is a hands-on role managing complex ER casework while supporting best practice people management.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide timely ER advice to managers via phone, written and in-person supportManage a high volume of complex ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, capability, whistleblowing, redundancy, TUPE and change managementCoach and support managers, balancing commercial needs with employment law best practiceReview and quality-check investigation reports, letters and ER documentationSupport ACAS early conciliation and Employment Tribunal casesMaintain accurate ER case records and reportingIdentify ER trends and contribute to policy, process and template improvementsSupport ER training delivery and ad-hoc projectsAbout YouMinimum 2 years'' employee relations casework experienceStrong working knowledge of current UK employment lawExperience managing complex, high-volume ER casesConfident communicator with strong influencing and coaching skillsWell organised, detail-focused and able to work under pressureCIPD qualified or working towards (desirable)ACAS / Employment Tribunal experience (desirable)What''s on OfferA challenging and varied ER role with real impactOpportunity to work closely with senior ..... full job details .....
