HR Advisor Herts / Beds borders Salary up to £45,000 12 Month FTCStart May 2026!First stage Interviews w/c 16th March A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a fast-paced organisation that are winning new contracts and ramping up operations as the business expands. Based on the Herts / Beds borders this is a 12-month FTC to join this high functioning HR team.This role will provide comprehensive HR support to managers and employees, offering guidance across a broad range of HR topics including employee relations, policy, processes and the wider employee lifecycle. Working closely with senior HR leaders, this position offers strong exposure across both operational and strategic HR activities.Key Responsibilities:Provide advice on employee relations, managing cases such as disciplinary, probation, flexible working, and retirementSupport absence management and HR complianceDeliver onboarding and induction, and manage offboarding processesAdvise on employee lifecycle changes including internal moves, family leave, and working patternsProduce HR reports and metrics to support decision-makingManage health, wellbeing, CSR, and Inclusion and Diversity initiativesCoordinate the Employee Forum and maintain HR policies and proceduresSupport engagement, recognition, and benefits administrationAbout You:Experience working in a HR Generalist or HR Advisor roleProven experience managing employee relations cases from start to finishStrong knowledge of UK ..... full job details .....
