Locum Practice Nurse – Diabetes Specialist (EMIS Web) – Aylesbury. We are currently recruiting an experienced Locum Practice Nurse for a friendly and well-run GP surgery in Aylesbury. This is a 2-day-per-week role on an ongoing contract (minimum 3 months), with flexible days and start times. Start Date: ASAP. Contract Length: Minimum 3 months (with potential to extend). Location: Aylesbury. Working Pattern: 2 days per week (flexible on which days and start times).Key Responsibilities

Run diabetes clinics for both ongoing management and newly diagnosed patientsConduct annual reviews and provide structured diabetes careOffer patient education, lifestyle advice, and support in line with QOF and best practiceCoordinate with GPs and wider clinical team for continuity of careEssential Requirements

Experience Within Primary CareFormal qualifications and strong experience in diabetes managementConfident running independent diabetes clinicsFully trained and competent in EMIS WebAble to start immediatelySeniority level
