Community Support Worker | Wake & Watch | Part Time | Haddon House Burnley

OverviewRole: Community Support Worker – Wake and Watch (Part Time) at Haddon House, Burnley. Salary £24,796 - £25,185 per annum (pro rata). Permanent, Part Time (23.33 hours per week) and a casual post available. Location: Haddon House Burnley.
Responsibilities
Provide building-based and community support as part of the Adult Disability Service
Work as part of a team to support people in daily living, including personal care, finances and medication assistance; enable participation in activities in the community
Support individuals to access community facilities and activities, including shopping and outings
Receive full training and development opportunities; progression pathways with qualifications on offer (QCF/NVQ Level 3 equivalent)
Induction programme and mandatory training; supportive management and inclusive team culture
Background in Health and Social Care is not essential; a good heart and caring nature are important
DBS disclosure will be required; Rehabilitation of Offenders Act considerations apply
