The Legal Counsel will be:Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts including manufacturing agreements, service agreements, some construction contracts.Supporting supply chain and procurement.Working closely with senior management to shape contract templates, standard terms, and policies to improve efficiency and legal robustness.Profile

The successful Legal Counsel will be:3 - 8 PQEHave experience drafting, negotiating and advising on range of commercial contracts especially in manufacturingCommercially minded, pragmatic, confidentAble to influence stakeholder and build good relationshipsJob Offer

Salary based on experience from c£70k plus benefits and flexible working.
