In-house Legal Counsel(3-5 PQE) - Fintech Sector, ManchesterWe are seeking a Solicitor to join a rapidly growing financial technology company based in Manchester city centre.The Role

This is a full-time, permanent position offering substantial scope for professional development and progression. You will support theLegal Director in critical areas as the business expands.Key Responsibilities

Support the Legal Director with day-to-day legal requirements.Advise the Commercial Director on commercial arrangements with various partners.Assist the Financial Crime Director in managing fraud and money laundering risk.Serve as a primary contact for banking-as-a-service providers.Support and manage Data Protection and Complaints functions.Advise on IP, general business risk, and occasional litigation.Requirements

Qualified Solicitor with approximately 3-5years'' Post-Qualified Experience (PQE). Candidates outside these boundaries will also be considered.Strong commercial legal background (private practice or in-house).Experience or demonstrable interest in the Fintech sector is highly desirable.Excellent technical, organisational, commercial, and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Compensation and Benefits

Salary:

£65,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.Location:
