As
Head of Marketing , you will:Develop and own the overall marketing strategy, ensuring it supports ambitious growth plans.Lead on all new site launch campaigns, creating and executing tailored marketing plans that drive footfall and awareness.Manage the marketing budget and deliver strong ROI across all activities.Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing with business objectives.Oversee digital marketing activity across SEO, paid ads, content, social media, and email.Optimise the company website for both user experience and lead generation.Use analytics and reporting tools to track performance and continuously improve results.Oversee content creation, social media strategy, and brand communications.Manage relationships with agencies, consultants, and creatives to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and on brand.About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on delivery. In this stand-alone role you’ll bring:At least five years’ experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within a consumer-facing brand (sports, leisure, hospitality or multi-site experience is a plus).A strong track record of delivering impactful multi-channel campaigns.Expertise across digital channels including SEO, PPC, social, and email.Confidence with data, reporting, and ROI-driven decision-making.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Creativity and a strong eye for brand, content, and storytelling.Experience managing agencies or external partners.Experience working for a start-up or SME is essential.What We Offer
