We are looking for a strategic finance leader with a strong background in financial services. The role of Head of Finance is to join a growing international financial services company, based in Leeds. This is a hybrid role offering 3 days WFH, 30 days holiday + stats, BUPA and a highly competitive salary.In this key leadership role supporting an experienced CFO you’ll be responsible for driving financial strategy, overseeing financial performance, and supporting senior decision-making across the business. You’ll lead and mentor a talented finance team including the Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, and FPandA functions.About the role

As Head of Finance, you will:Lead and develop a high-performing finance team across key disciplinesOwn financial planning, reporting, forecasting and analysisEnsure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting standardsWork closely with executive leadership to shape financial strategyDeliver insight-led reporting to support commercial decision-makingBe a key voice in continuous improvement, system optimisation, and risk managementWe are looking for
