Youll generate leads, grow partnerships, hit revenue targets, and work closely with venue teams to deliver amazing events and experiences.Location:

Head Office in the City with travel to regional sitesHours:

45 hours/week, mainly weekdays with occasional weekends

Handle enquiries, tours, special requests, and guest support with a smile.Generate new leads through referrals, repeat business, and fresh outreach.Create smart sales strategies using market insights.Represent us at trade shows and events.Forecast, plan, and report on event sales performance.Work with venue teams to ensure flawless events.Build strong local relationships and grow our brand presence.Help hire and train sales team members.Step in for the Sales Director when needed.Ideal Regional Sales Manager:

A confident communicator and master organizer.Driven to go above and beyond, with genuine care for people.Adaptable, professional, and ready to lead.1+ year managing sales in a fast-paced hospitality, entertainment, or leisure setting (£2M+ annual event revenue).Solid skills in proactive sales and relationship-building.B2B/B2C sales experience preferred.Familiarity with sales platforms like Triple Seat or Seven Rooms is a plus.Flexibility to work varied hours and travel regularly across venues in West London and the Essex area.Ready to bring your energy and expertise to a team thats all about fun and excellence?
