We are working with an organisation that is seeking a talented Digital Communications Manager to lead the development and delivery of engaging digital content across website, newsletters, and social media channels. This role suits a digital expert with a strong editorial eye and a passion for user experience, analytics, and integrated communications.Key Responsibilities

Oversees the work of the external digital agency to manage and enhance the organisation’s website.Ensures excellent user journeys and accessibility for key audiences.Optimises website visibility through effective SEO strategies.Leads the development and distribution of digital newsletters.Curates and edits website content to maintain consistency in tone and usability.Monitors and evaluates digital performance, recommending improvements.Collaborates on social media strategy to amplify communications.Supports and trains team members in digital best practices.Requirements

Degree or equivalent experience.Minimum five years’ experience managing websites and digital content.Strong knowledge of SEO, UX, and digital communications.Excellent writing and editing skills.Experience integrating digital platforms into broader campaigns.Experience with CRM systems and multimedia content creation.Ability to respond to fast-moving issues.Understanding of brand development and working within brand guidelines.Skills and Attributes
