Savings Communications Manager (12 month FTC)

Overview
Savings Communications Manager (12 month FTC) – Join Close Brothers Savings Team where you will establish and embed robust communication processes across the division, ensuring consistency, compliance, and clarity in all external messaging. The ideal candidate will have experience owning and leading end-to-end delivery of communications including creation, sign-off, development, testing and ongoing monitoring, with excellent organisation and time management skills.Responsibilities
Audit and streamline existing communications processes and materialsImplement and manage a centralised communications library with version control and review cyclesEnsure all communications meet regulatory, legal, and brand standardsOwn the end-to-end delivery of communications across multiple channels (email, web, print, social)Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to deliver timely and accurate communicationsChampion a customer-first approach to communications, embedding Consumer Duty principlesLead cross-functional initiatives to enhance the customer journey through effective communicationDeveloping Our People

Strong attention to detailExceptional ability to manage and prioritise multiple workstreams effectivelyHighly articulate, capable of communicating complex arguments in simple languageProficiency in Microsoft Office including SharePointExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDesire to learn about new technologies to support the development of the roleGood understanding of Consumer Duty and the importance of accessibilityKnowledge of the FCA''s Banking: Conduct of Business Sourcebook (BCOBS)Experience using email marketing tools (e.g., Dot Digital)Nice to have
Understanding of marketing principlesKnowledge of savings and/or consumer banking productsBackground in Financial Services or Professional ServicesAdvanced Adobe Creative Suite capabilitiesWorking knowledge of HTMLFamiliarity with content management systems and digital communication toolsExperience with analytical/digital experience tools (e.g., GA4, ContentSquare) and strong analytical mindsetAccessibility
