Senior HR Business Partner (3 Months FTC)Prestigious law firm based in the heart of the City is seeking a part-time Senior HR Business Partner on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility to being extended to 4-months.Salary to £70,000 (FTE)3-month fixed-term contractPart-time - 3 or 4 days a weekApplicants must be available to start immediately or at very short noticeSenior HR Business Partner Key Responsibilities:Provide effective generalist HR expertise across the firm, including payrollDeliver hands-on, commercially focused HR support in a fast-paced and varied environmentManage employee relations and employee welfare mattersLead and support recruitment activitiesContribute to and deliver HR projectsPartner with Practice and Business Teams to provide strategic and operational HR supportProvide dedicated employee relations, employee welfare, and recruitment support to business teams and the secretarial populationSenior HR Business Partner Skills and Requirements:HR experience ideally gained from a law firm environment, however professional services experience will also be consideredStrong HR Business Partner experience and be confident in running a variety of ER matters and performance conversations6+ years of HR generalist experience, perhaps working within a team or in a standalone role, preferably within a partnershipCIPD ..... full job details .....
