Order Management SupervisorLocation: Hybrid (3 days in office) Temporary: 12 months Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hrs/weekWe are recruiting an experienced Customer Order Management Specialist to oversee the end-to-end order lifecycle for key customer accounts. You will be the single point of contact for order enquiries, ensuring timely fulfilment, exceptional service, and seamless coordination across internal teams.What you''ll do:Lead and support a small team to deliver excellent customer serviceOversee the full order lifecycle: entry, modifications, invoicing, credits/debits, and logistics documentationInterpret complex customer specifications and configure orders accurately using Level 1 Bills of Material and technical optionsLiaise with Engineering, Product Planning, Purchasing, and Production to ensure correct specifications and availabilitySubmit Engineering Change Requests for new or non-configurable specificationsAct as central contact for customer queries, providing accurate lead times, availability, technical details, and policy guidanceManage escalations and resolve issues efficientlyDrive continuous improvement initiatives, streamline processes, and enhance workflow efficiencySupport customer visits and foster long-term relationshipsAbout you:Proven experience in customer order management, order processing, or similar rolesStrong technical aptitude and ability to interpret specificationsLeadership experience, guiding teams through complex workflowsExcellent ..... full job details .....
