Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operation of the dining area, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.Ensure all meals meet dietary, allergen, and special requirement standards.Lead, support, and motivate a team of catering staff.Foster a positive, safe, and enjoyable mealtime experience for young people and staff.Monitor food hygiene and safety standards, ensuring full compliance with all regulations.Coordinate with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly and on time.Manage stock levels, budgets, and supplier relationships.Handle any concerns related to dining services or guest satisfaction.What We''re Looking For:Previous experience in a Catering Manager or senior catering role.Strong knowledge of food safety, allergens, and special dietary requirements.A confident leader with excellent communication and team management skills.A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a can-do attitude.Experience working in high-volume catering settings.Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred or willingness to obtain).DBS certificate (or willingness to undergo a DBS check).
