Catering Manager
to lead our catering operations at a prestigious site in Cambridge. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day catering service, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation
Lead and motivate a team to deliver operational excellence
Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive profitability
Maintain compliance with food safety, health and safety, and hygiene regulations
Work closely with clients to meet expectations and exceed service standards
Plan and deliver high-quality menus for events and daily service
About You
Previous experience as a Catering Manager or similar role (ideally within contract catering)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Financial and commercial awareness
A passion for food, service, and customer satisfaction
