Workspace Support Analyst

We are hiring a Workspace Support Analyst to join our Infrastructure Technology team in London. The role will provide direct 1st line support to front and Back Office users across the business. Key Responsibilities Respond to and manage service requests via phone, remote tools, and on-site visits. Provide desktop and application support for users, including trading floor environments. Support financial applications such as Bloomberg, Reuters, Tradeweb, and ICAP. Perform in-depth fault analysis and engage with internal development teams and external vendors. Manage hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile devices), software issues, and printer setups. Support collaboration tools (MS Teams, Webex, Skype) and trader telephony solutions (eg IPC). Participate in an on-call rotation and be available for occasional weekend project work. Work flexibly between 7am-7pm; hybrid working available after initial onboarding. Required Experience and Skills 3 years + in desktop support, ideally with trade floor experience. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in Windows 11, Office 365, and enterprise desktop tools. Familiarity with Citrix, SCCM, ServiceNow, and collaboration platforms. Knowledge of virtualization and remote desktop technologies. ..... full job details .....
