TeamJobs is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a well-established structural and civil construction specialist based in Poole. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team working on high-profile commercial and public sector projects across the UK.

You''ll be responsible for managing costs across projects, supporting tendering, contract negotiation, and maintaining strong commercial oversight throughout the build process.

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and valuations

• Manage procurement and tendering processes

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams

• Monitor project progress and handle variations

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting on project finances

• Contribute to risk management and project planning

• 3-5 years'' post-apprenticeship experience OR solid industry background

• Previous experience in structural, reinforced concrete, or civil projects

• Comfortable working with contracts and cost control documentation

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Full UK driving licence (desirable)

• Newly qualified Quantity Surveyors with solid training/apprenticeship background
