Project Manager - Water

Our client, a prominent organisation in the water sector, is experiencing significant growth and expansion. They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in North WalesKey Responsibilities:Collaborating with estimating teams on tenders for clients and commercial bidsDeveloping and presenting project proposalsMeeting with clients to determine their requirementsProducing plans and estimating budgets and timescalesAgreeing budgets and timescales with clientsManaging construction schedules and budgetsAddressing any unexpected costsAttending site meetings to monitor progressActing as the main point of contact for clients and siteWorking with third parties to ensure clear roles and responsibilitiesEnsuring construction projects meet agreed technical standardsLiaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams, and the client''s representativesOverseeing final accounts at the end of a projectJob Requirements:Degree or HND qualification in Construction or Project Management, or equivalent work experienceKnowledge of NEC3 / NEC4 / FIDIC contracts is desirableUnderstanding of the construction industry and legal documentationStrong leadership and initiative skillsExperience working within the water industryValid driving licenceBenefits:Permanent position with a stable and growing companyOpportunities for professional development and career progressionSupportive and empowering work environmentInvolvement in high-profile projects ..... full job details .....
