This role will see you handling a varied caseload of predominantly fast-track employers'' liability and public liability claims, managing files from the point of litigation through to trial. You will also have exposure to multi-track matters including higher value claims of up to £350,000 and will play a key role in delivering high quality defence strategies for a strong and established client base. The position involves regular client interaction, as well as working collaboratively within a growing and supportive team environment.THE CANDIDATE:You will have a minimum of 7 years'' PQE defending personal injury claims, with a strong background in handling both fast-track and multi-track matters through to trial.
