You will be responsible for running a varied defendant EL/PL workload (mainly from a retail perspective) from commencement of litigation to trial and occasionally handling pre-litigation matters, to include providing recommendations on liability and quantum. he role is based within a wider litigation team, with a supportive and helpful supervision structure and case management system.
