Provide 3rd line support for complex technical incidents and escalationsDesign, implement and migrate infrastructure solutions (on-prem and cloud)Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft environments (AD, Group Policy, Exchange, M365, Azure)Manage backup, disaster recovery, and network solutions (firewalls, switches, VPNs)Support project rollouts such as cloud migrations, Intune deployments, or security improvementsDocument technical solutions and provide guidance to 1st/2nd line teamsAbout You

Proven 3rd line / senior infrastructure support experience, ideally within an MSPStrong knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V or VMware, O365, Azure, Intune and networking fundamentalsExcellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused approachComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentRelevant certifications (e.g. MS-100, AZ-104, CCNA) are a plusCompetitive salary plus on-call or overtimeOngoing training and certification supportExposure to diverse technologies and customer environmentsFlexible / hybrid working optionsCompany pension, equipment provided, and team events
