3rd Line Network Support Engineer , you’ll play a key role in maintaining and supporting secure enterprise network environments, while also contributing to patching, upgrades, monitoring, and wider infrastructure initiatives. This role goes beyond day-to-day support; you’ll be working closely with a dedicated team to ensure robust network operations, resolve escalations, and take part in project delivery within a mission-critical environment.What’s On Offer

Managing and supporting secure network infrastructure environmentsPatch management and applying updates across Juniper devicesMonitoring networks using SolarWinds (or similar tools)Supporting upgrades, maintenance, and configuration changesWorking within escalation protocols to resolve priority incidents and issuesWhat Were Looking For

4+ years experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise/secure environmentsStrong hands-on experience with

Juniper devices, switching, routing, and protocolsJuniper certifications

(e.g. JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP) highly desirableExperience with

network patching, upgrades, and monitoringFamiliarity with

SolarWinds

or equivalent monitoring toolsKnowledge of

Citrix ADC (Netscaler)

and

Junos Space

(advantageous)Strong troubleshooting, escalation handling, and communication skillsPlease Note : Given the sector, this role requires

DV clearance to start . Candidates must be

sole British citizens
