Payroll Manager
Robert Half Finance and Accounting are partnering with a Hospitality Company in London to recruit an immediate, Interim Payroll Manager for 3 months.Role:Our client is looking for an immediate temporary, Payroll Manager to assist them for 3 months. You will be responsible for following duties:Please not this role is 5 days per week in the officeManage the full monthly payroll cycle for approximately 650 employeesProcess payroll for salaried, part-time, and zero-hour contract employeesEnsure payroll is processed accurately and within strict deadlinesValidate payroll inputs including salaries, overtime, deductions, statutory payments, and service charge allocationsMaintain payroll records and employee data within ADP Review and validate timesheets and attendance dataEnsure accurate processing of hourly paid employees and overtimeWork closely with managers to resolve payroll discrepanciesManage and validate service charge/tronc spreadsheetsEnsure accurate allocation and payroll treatment of service charge paymentsReconcile service charge balances and reportingEnsure compliance with UK payroll legislation including PAYE, National Insurance, pensions, SSP, SMP, and RTI submissionsSubmit FPS/EPS reports to HMRC accurately and on timeKeep up to date with payroll legislation and regulatory changesPerform payroll reconciliations and variance analysisPrepare payroll journals and coordinate postings Produce payroll reports, labour cost analysis, and management reportingSupport finance ..... full job details .....
