Director, Enterprise Sales at Procore TechnologiesProcore is seeking a passionate Director, Enterprise Sales to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Account Executives focused on expanding our Enterprise business. You will contribute to driving the expansion of Procore’s SaaS sales organization and our mission of revolutionizing the multi-trillion dollar construction industry. You will cultivate a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and support. Based in London, UK, this position reports to the General Manager for Europe, and serves as a key member of the European Corporate Sales Management Team.What you’ll do

Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new Enterprise customers and expanding existing relationships to meet targets.Manage diverse enterprise deals across market segments.Lead the European Enterprise sales team and all related sales activities.Build and retain a high-performing Enterprise sales team and manage performance.Coordinate sales strategy and operations for the Enterprise segment in Europe.Partner with marketing to drive revenue targets for the Enterprise segment.Provide leadership to the Enterprise sales team, fostering accountability and high performance.Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual Enterprise revenue targets for Europe.What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experienceProven success in quota-carrying software sales, preferably within a SaaS environmentExperience managing and developing a team of sales representativesFamiliarity with developing relationships in the Enterprise sector, ideally in a high-growth SaaS companyA strong track record of executing aggressive growth strategies and consistently exceeding targetsDemonstrated success in hiring, developing, and promoting sales talentExperience selling through various channels, including boardroom meetings, product demos, and social sellingProficiency in sales methodologies and familiarity with SalesforceExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsAdditional Information

Base Pay Range £110,400 - £151,801 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of £220,801 - £303,601. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.Perks and Benefits
