Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Evolve

Overview
Graduate Quantity Surveyor at Ridge you will be involved in a variety of projects including residential, healthcare, blue light, industrial, retail, hotel, and leisure among others, as part of our team providing all cost management services within our multi-disciplinary environment. As part of your career development, you will be supported by Ridge to becoming a chartered Quantity Surveyor.Responsibilities
Preparation of order of cost estimates and cost plansProviding professional advice on all costs involved in building projectsProviding professional advice on implications of different construction methods, materials etcEvaluation of proposal options with advice and recommendation on the most efficient solutionProviding professional advice on contract arrangements and conditions under which the building will be constructedManaging the procurement and tendering process to select the best contractor for the projectManaging the commercial aspects of projects on site including valuations of work completed, assessments of variations and the preparation of final accountsRequirements
I have or am predicted a 2:1 bachelor\''s degree in Quantity Surveying obtained in 2025 or 2026I am available to start work full-time from 5 October 2026I have a permanent Right to Work in the UK and do not need visa sponsorshipI am curious and eager to learnI am passionate about the Built Environment - don\''t take this one lightly!
