Internal Site Manager – 1-Year Freelance Contract

Work on an existing block of 90 residential unitsFocus: Internal works from 2nd fix through to client handoverOnce this phase is complete, you’ll transition to the new build phaseStrong background in internal finishes and delivering high-spec units essential

Senior Site Manager – 12+ Months Freelance Contract

Oversee the delivery of a new block of 100 residential unitsResponsible for both internal and external packagesLead a small team of Site Managers reporting into youProven experience managing full build cycles and subcontractor coordination required
