Were looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our team at the brand-new Level 1 Restaurant at St Marys Stadium

the home of Southampton FC. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-profile opening and help shape a first-class dining experience for fans and guests alike.The RoleAs our Sous Chef, youll be a driving force in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in leading the brigade and delivering exceptional food. From managing day-to-day kitchen operations to ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality, youll play a key role in making the Level 1 Restaurant a success.

Key Responsibilities:Assisting the Head Chef with menu design and development, bringing fresh ideas to the table.Overseeing kitchen management, ensuring smooth service across a 7-day operation (5 on, 2 off).Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.Supporting with purchasing, ordering, and stock management.Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team to achieve excellence under pressure.Delivering consistent quality and exceptional customer satisfaction.

About YouStrong management and communication skills
