JSS Search have partnered with a well known hospitality business who are looking for an Interim Group Finance Manager.£450 - £550 per day (Inside IR35)Role Overview:Senior finance leadership role with responsibility for group reporting, statutory accounts, treasury, and financial controls within a plc environment. The role partners closely with the Board, Audit Committee, external auditors, and lenders, while leading and developing core finance teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead production of the Group Annual Report, Interim Statement, and statutory accountsAct as primary contact for external auditors and support Audit Committee requirementsOversee treasury activitiesStrengthen and monitor financial controls, partnering with Risk to document processes and deliver audit plansDrive accounting process improvements and automation initiativesCollaborate on monthly management accounts, consolidations, and IFRS reporting (including IFRS 2 and 16)Support budgeting and forecasting, including group-level finance costsManage and develop AP, credit control, and treasury teamsAbout You:ACA/ACCA qualified with 3+ years'' post-qualified experienceProven people manager with strong leadership skillsTechnically strong accountant with plc reporting exposureConfident engaging and influencing stakeholders up to Board levelHands-on, commercially minded, and comfortable challenging the status ..... full job details .....
