You will handle litigation in UK courts and tribunals, including cases in the First tier and Upper Tribunals and up to the Court of Appeal, as well as provide wider advisory support.The team is involved in leading cases that have shaped the law. You will also advise on emerging areas such as the Building Safety Act 2022 and residential leasehold management, including forfeiture, service charges, and section 20 consultations.
