This is an exciting chance to join one of the largest housing management practices in the country, advising a wide range of clients including housing associations, local authorities, care providers, and charities.The role will have a strong focus on housing disrepair claims, alongside other housing management and property-related disputes. You will be involved in possession and injunction claims, breach of tenancy matters, and cases involving the Equality Act and Mental Capacity Act. You will also advise on leasehold management and service charge disputes.
