A well-established organisation in Glasgow is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join the IT team (hybrid). This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality first and second line support to internal users, helping to ensure the smooth operation of business-critical systems and a great end-user experience. What You''ll Be Doing: You''ll be at the heart of the organisation''s day-to-day IT operations, acting as a go-to expert for technical support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices. From onboarding new starters and provisioning equipment to diagnosing complex faults and resolving incidents, you''ll take real ownership of issues from start to finish. You''ll monitor and respond to alerts across modern security and cloud platforms such as Sophos, Zscaler, Azure and Microsoft 365, ensuring systems remain secure, stable and efficient. Working both on-site and remotely, you''ll collaborate with colleagues and third-party suppliers to troubleshoot issues, maintain hardware and software, and continuously improve IT services.
