Salary: -105 - -120 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs.
We''re looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant who can:
- Deliver individualised 1:1 and small-group support for students with additional needs, including SEMH.
- Assist in the delivery of engaging, differentiated lessons alongside the class teacher.
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being through encouragement and consistent support strategies.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral teams, and families to ensure continuity in support and progress tracking.
- Encourage students to develop confidence, independence, and resilience in their learning.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs (in school, care, or youth settings).
- Bring a calm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting behaviour and learning.
- Be an excellent communicator and team player, able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
- Have a sound understanding of SEN and SEMH support strategies, adapting to individual needs as required.
- Hold relevant qualifications in education, support, or care (desirable but not essential).
To be eligible you must:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
- Two professional references (preferably from child-related roles).
