We are a specialist education recruitment agency currently seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a full-time basis within a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Stretford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual looking to make a real difference supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs in a supportive school environment.

The Role:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
• Supporting children with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
• Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
• Promoting positive behaviour and supporting emotional and social development
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children with SEN (school-based experience preferred)
• A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, TA qualification) are desirable
