We''re looking for a switched-on Assistant Site Manager to step in on a traditional new-build housing site in Liverpool. This is an initial 2-week holiday cover - but if you impress? There''s a strong chance of ongoing work with a well-respected residential contractor who always looks after their own.

• Supporting the site team on a busy traditional build housing scheme

• Coordinating trades & subcontractors

• Keeping quality, health & safety, and progress on point

• Managing snagging, site paperwork, and daily reporting

• Previous experience as an ASM on new build housing sites

• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid

• A proactive, reliable attitude - you''ll be the steady pair of hands while the Site Manager is away

• Available to start ASAP
