Join our excellent team, which supports individuals in their own homes around the Morecambe and Heysham area.We provide rock-solid training so you can support people who have complex needs, such as Autism, learning disability or mental health. Our speciality is in supporting people in their own homes; creating happy and safe environments.Shifts can be anywhere between 7am-11pm. We also offer a protected day/time off to better allow you to plan your life.As part of our highly-trained team you''ll work with people to enable them to live happy lives, while promoting their independence. You need the best tools to carry out a high level of care, and that''s why you''ll be fully-trained by our in-house team and members of our community team are given a work mobile phone so you can perform to the best of your abilityWhat we need from you:Everyone working in social care needs a good standard of English, as well as numeracy and digital skills. You will need to enjoy working in a team and you need to be good at problem-solving.You will also need to be flexible to the needs of the business across our Mental Health facilities.While you''ll be working with complex clients so experience in care is desirable, preferably in Mental Health.
