You will also provide administrative support across various hospital departments, managing information professionally and promptly. Ideally, you have an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or HR administration experience, but this is not essential.As a Hospital Support Administrator, you will:Provide efficient and effective administrative support.Assist with processing invoices and payments in line with financial procedures.Support data entry and record keeping accurately and timely.Assist with absence management recording and reporting via Workday.Organise meetings and provide confidential administration support.Handle queries within your role and escalate complex issues appropriately.Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity of all information.Support recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.Manage DBS checks and highlight issues to relevant teams.Assist with candidate queries via email or phone.Why work with us?We want you to feel valued and supported.
