Sales Support Administrator

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join a successful and growing SME in a sought-after industry.

This is a fast-paced, varied role that would suit someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys being at the heart of a busy team, and takes genuine pride in keeping things running smoothly.

We''re looking for someone with at least two years'' experience in a sales administration or customer service support role, ideally within a product-led business. You''ll need to be proactive, organised and comfortable juggling multiple priorities - someone who gets things done without needing to be chased.

This isn''t a role for a passenger or a job hopper - we''re looking for someone who wants to make a difference, grow with the business, and add real value.

What you''ll be doing:
* Processing trade orders and liaising with key UK retail accounts
* Providing professional, friendly support to both trade and D2C customers
* Coordinating with warehouses and couriers to ensure smooth deliveries
* Managing wholesale marketplace accounts and monitoring activity
* Preparing for UK trade shows - samples, pricing, logistics
* Attending and supporting at trade events, including setup and breakdown
* Sending product samples to prospects and partners
* Taking care of day-to-day office management and admin tasks
* Supporting the wider team on projects and operational needs

Who we''re looking for:
* Minimum 2 years'' experience in a sales support or admin role
* Proven ability to prioritise, stay organised and meet deadlines
* Clear, confident communicator - internally and externally
* Detail-focused and proactive - you spot issues before they arise
* A genuine team player with a "muck-in" attitude
* Comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
