The role requires a high level of technical ability along with strong communication skills.This individual should have leadership experience with the ability to train junior planners. Candidates need to have a clear understanding of baseline management, change control implementation and an understanding of NEC 3 and 4 contracts.Candidates need to be able to produce and explain period end performance reports for each project, including EVM or similar performance measurements.
