We are seeking an ambitious and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to play a key role in driving growth and strengthening employer engagement across the West Midlands. The Role This is a strategic and hands-on business development position focused on generating new employer partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and promoting apprenticeship and training solutions. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with businesses, understanding their workforce needs, and presenting tailored training solutions that add real value.
