Kenect Recruitment is looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in the Manchester branch. About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Kenect Recruitment, you will take on a 360-degree role providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions primarily within the Transport, Industrial & Commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Business development through sales, cold calling, and networking
• Building strong client relationships and understanding recruitment needs
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and weekly branch budgets
• Conducting client meetings (virtually and in person, as appropriate)
• Account management and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• Advertising vacancies across online job boards and social media platforms
• Completing reference checks and compliance documentation
• Matching suitable candidates to client vacancies
• Rotating on-call duties as part of the team

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
• Early finish on Fridays (workload dependent)

• Target-driven with a proven track record of success in recruitment or sales
• Confident, articulate, and comfortable selling at all levels
• A skilled communicator with excellent customer service abilities
• Proficient in administration with strong organisational skills
• A motivated self-starter seeking career progression
• Experienced in both business development and account management
